Experienced Test Manager Rolling Stock (all gender)

📋 Description

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of test and verification activities across the project
• Ensure completeness of testing during bid and project phases, incl. tests outside vehicle
• Develop and maintain overall test strategies aligned with customers and stakeholders
• Create and manage test management plans, matrices, and documentation
• Coordinate system tests, external testing activities and collaborations with independent test
• Oversee preparation and execution of tests ensuring compliance with requirements and schedules

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Railway Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or
• Several years in test management, verification, validation, or commissioning of complex systems
• Experience in rolling stock and knowledge of railway vehicle systems
• Familiarity with railway standards/regulations (TSI, EN 50215, EU No. 402/2013)
• Experience with requirements/project management tools (DOORS, SAP, Primavera)
• Strong PM skills and analytical, structured work approach
