Assist with financial due diligence engagements for buy-side and sell-side transactions
Perform quality of earnings, EBITDA, and revenue analyses
Analyze working capital, AR/AP, and cash flow drivers
Evaluate revenue recognition practices and identify risks
Conduct gross margin and profitability analyses across products
Organize, manage, and track client data requests during engagements

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
CPA license, CPA candidate, or progress toward certification preferred
2-4 years in Transaction Advisory or related fields
Strong Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
Experience with large data sets and financial modeling preferred
Understanding of GAAP and financial reporting concepts; ability to travel
