Assist with financial due diligence engagements for buy-side and sell-side transactions.
Perform quality of earnings, EBITDA, and revenue analyses to identify trends and risks.
Analyze net working capital, AR, AP, and cash flow drivers.
Evaluate revenue recognition practices and related risks.
Conduct gross margin and profitability analyses across products and segments.
Prepare data room materials and client-ready deliverables for engagements.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting
CPA license, CPA candidate, or progress toward certification preferred
2-4 years in TAS/Deal Advisory or related field
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Experience with large data sets and financial modeling
Understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
