Deliver instructor-led training (ILT) sessions for new hires and associates across IV processes
Support onboarding, facilitation of training sessions and learner guidance
Collaborate with global stakeholders to align on training needs and schedules
Maintain and update training materials and handle learner queries
Track training progress and provide feedback on learner performance
Contribute to improvement initiatives (e-learning, onboarding redesign)

🎯 Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in IV operations / process knowledge preferred
Experience in training delivery or knowledge sharing
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to simplify complex topics for new joiners
Stakeholder management and coordination skills
Proactive approach to improving content and training delivery
