📋 Description

• Supports all Network environments for Ensono clients
• Provide L3 Operations support for investigation, troubleshooting and resolving network issues
• Design, engineer, and implement complex network solutions
• Incident, Change, Event, Problem management for client environments
• Consultative role to internal and external customers at all levels
• Understand large-scale network capacity management and modeling

🎯 Requirements

• Proactive monitoring of client network performance and improvements
• Drive and implement network solution architectures
• Documentation, automation, and processes improvement
• Strategic technical direction on complex network projects
• 10+ years in network roles; 12+ total years experience
• Expertise in LAN/WAN, firewalls, security, VOIP, QoS, encryption
