Expert Technical Support Engineer

📋 Description

• Troubleshoot advanced issues across Windows Server, apps, databases, integrations, and enterprise
• Validate connectivity and manage services with PowerShell.
• Handle certificates, security configs, Event Viewer, and auth troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot SQL Server including SQL Agent, ODBC, queries, data integrity.
• Analyze HL7 flows, interfaces, queues, and integration failures.
• Support secure messaging, endpoints, IIS, ASP.NET, and app-layer issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in technical/app support, systems engineering, or related role.
• Strong Windows Server, Windows Services, PowerShell, Event Viewer, cert management.
• Hands-on SQL Server, SQL Agent, ODBC, queries, DB issues.
• Experience with IIS, ASP.NET/.NET, configs, stack trace analysis.
• Knowledge of HL7, healthcare integrations, enterprise interfaces.
• Networking basics: TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, PKI, certs.
