📋 Description

• Manage, investigate, and resolve commercial general liability property damage claims within
• Review reports, investigations, regulations to determine coverage decisions.
• Gather information from policyholders, claimants, witnesses for evaluations.
• Communicate with customers on status, steps, and resolutions.
• Escalate claims needing additional approval with recommendations.
• Handle high volume of claims while maintaining quality and deadlines.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years claims handling, including coverage evaluation and liability assessment.
• Experience with Commercial General Liability claims preferred.
• Texas Independent Adjuster License (current or able to obtain).
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work remotely.
• Proficient with Mac, Google tools, and Microsoft applications.
