📋 Description

Lead AbbVie's Dutch External Affairs strategy
Build relationships with government, healthcare bodies, and stakeholders
Advise GM and leadership on policy and external trends
Drive engagement plans to improve pricing/reimbursement for innovative medicines
Collaborate with brand, market access, medical, and commercial teams
Oversee budget and ensure ethics and compliance

🎯 Requirements

Master's degree in Public Health, Political Science, Economics, Law, Business, or related field
Minimum 15 years’ experience, 5+ in healthcare
Extensive senior network across Dutch government and healthcare stakeholders
Proven track record influencing legislation and policy in the Netherlands
Deep knowledge of Dutch healthcare environment, payer/provider systems
Strong networking, diplomacy, advocacy skills for senior stakeholders
