External Commuications Lead

📋 Description

• Lead external communications and media relations for Sitecore.
• Shape company storytelling around product, corporate news, and executive visibility.
• Drive earned media programs to strengthen Sitecore’s reputation.
• Collaborate with corporate comms, product marketing, field marketing, and executives.
• Draft press releases, media pitches, Q&As, talking points, blogs, and briefing materials.
• Translate technical topics into concise external narratives.

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years in public/external/corporate communications.
• Experience in-house and at PR/agency is preferred.
• Experience with digital experience platforms, CMS, marketing platforms, MarTech, or related tech.
• Proven media relations with business, tech, and MarTech press.
• Excellent writing/editing across media, execs, and thought leadership.
• Leadership: coaching, developing talent, agency relationship management.
