External Manufacturing Coordinator, THC

📋 Description

• Serve as operational rep across contract manufacturing partners; support day-to-day production and
• Monitor production floors (bottling, canning, shot-bottle, multipack) for execution and risks
• Verify production readiness via inventory spot checks, docs reviews, ERP accuracy; coordinate with
• Process POs, work orders, inventory transactions, and records in ERP/production systems.
• Investigate issues; collaborate with internal/external teams; develop practical solutions.
• Bridge communication between contract manufacturers and Supply Chain, Quality, Innovation

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 21+ and reside in the United States.
• 2+ years in beverage/food/manufacturing; experience with contract or external manufacturing ops.
• Experience with ERP/production systems; Ekos preferred.
• Understanding of manufacturing ops and inventory mgmt; cost/quality/supply awareness.
• Strong relationship-building; able to work cross-functionally.
• Excellent org, communication, analytical, problem-solving skills; multi-priority in fast-paced env.
