Manage production in the FAB team, ensuring goods are produced efficiently, on time, within budget
Directly supervise and coordinate production and operating workers and enforce processes/procedures.
Plan production schedule, determine material resources, and manage staffing to meet goals.
Set quality product standards and implement cost control programs.
Oversee overtime planning, budget considerations, and salary recommendations to management.
Monitor production costs and analyze production and quality control to identify issues and correct

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
3-5 years in a leadership position preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook required.
Strong leadership and communication skills; reliable attendance.
Minimum 3 years of DIS-TRAN Steel experience required.
