Facilities Coordinator

📋 Description

• Keep bakeries and offices running—vendor coordination to resolve issues.
• Draft preventive maintenance schedules for buildings/equipment.
• Support stores in assigned territory; respond to emergencies and on-call needs.
• Maintain CMMS for requests, work orders, and data integrity.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure quality, cost, and timelines.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years with outside vendors/repair companies.
• Experience negotiating pricing with HVAC, electrical, carpentry, kitchen equipment, plumbing.
• Detail-oriented problem solver; strong organizational skills.
• Build vendor relationships; manage multiple projects.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; CMMS experience (Ecotrak preferred).
• Strong customer service; able to work independently and in a team.
