Facilities Engineering Team Lead

📋 Description

• Own facility performance and optimization across the asset, focusing on equipment uptime
• Lead and develop a team of facility engineers embedded in route teams, establishing strong
• Drive commissioning engineering excellence by ensuring new facilities are designed for startup
• Act as the integration point between facilities engineering and key programs including integrity
• Identify and resolve surface-equipment bottlenecks, reliability issues, and operational risks
• Support process safety activities including Management of Change, risk assessments, HAZOPs, process

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Petroleum, Civil, or another relevant engineering
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in oil and gas production operations, facilities
• Hands-on experience with surface production facilities, including separators, compression
• Strong understanding of unconventional, multi-well pad development, ideally with experience in the
• Proven commissioning experience spanning engineering walkdowns, startup, first production
• Working knowledge of process safety fundamentals, including MOC, HAZOP, process safety information

🎁 Benefits
