Facilities Maintenance Coordinator

📋 Description

• Support all Facilities Maintenance to ensure continuous factory operation.
• Collaborate with Factory teams across the site.
• Maintain safety and health compliance and 5S signage.
• Manage vendors, service providers, and contractors relationships.
• Track expenses and order parts within operations budgets.
• Utilize CMMS to respond to and track maintenance requests.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Facilities preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with MaintainX, Oracle, Zip, Microsoft Office, and Google programs.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
