🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Construction Management, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of facilities management experience, preferably in construction, utilities, or industrial
• Experience managing multiple locations or regional operations
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, emergency-response environment
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
