Aids in urgent, corrective repairs of minor electrical and plumbing problems
Assists in replacing and repairing equipment, appliances and lighting; maintains repair records
Performs preventive maintenance to ensure continued operation of the facility
Completes manual duties as requested (moving supplies, replacing light bulbs, locks, doors)
Maintains facilities according to regulatory requirements
Assists in painting walls or equipment as needed

🎯 Requirements

Experience: 2 years of job-related experience
High School Diploma
