Facilities Security Officer

📋 Description

• Lead security operations at the brand-new West Virginia plant, blending strategic personnel
• Manage end-to-end clearance process (eAPP/DISS) and maintain cleared employee records, briefings
• Ensure adherence to the NISPOM (32 CFR Part 117) and serve as primary liaison with DCSA field
• Oversee contract guard force, visitor management, badging, escort requirements, and access logs.
• Develop and deliver security training programs (induction, refreshers, foreign travel, insider

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in industrial/corporate security with direct FSO or personnel
• Experience managing contract or in-house security guards; strong visitor management and access
• Working knowledge of NISPOM and DCSA processes; ability to support security reviews and audits.
• Security certifications (e.g., ISP, IAM, PSP) preferred; FSO background highly valued.
• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or related field (or equivalent
