📋 Description

• Lead a high-performing team handling facilities operations across housing, lodging, food &
• Manage third-party vendors to enforce standards, optimize contracts, and drive cost savings
• Plan and execute strategic site improvements aligned with SpaceX goals
• Oversee maintenance, repairs, and installations to ensure safety and comfort in a remote frontier
• Design and implement preventive maintenance for launch/support facilities to minimize downtime
• Monitor construction projects for on-time, on-budget delivery with no operational impact

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• 3+ years facilities management experience
• 1+ year experience leading a team or project
