Maintain building systems and support manufacturing/office operations at the San Jose facility
Coordinate with contractors and support safety, reliability, and efficiency
Participate in on-call rotation for facility emergencies

🎯 Requirements

7+ years in facilities maintenance or related technical field
Experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, utilities
Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, ADA, and safety regulations
Experience with CMMS (UpKeep, IBM Maximo, 360Facility) and PM programs
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate material handling equipment
Valid driver’s license and ability to climb ladders
