Facility & Lab Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and develop the Facility Management team for MAITE facilities and labs
• Oversee environmental controls in production and test areas
• Coordinate cleanroom readiness and compliance (no ownership of operations)
• Manage preventive maintenance, calibration, and infrastructure servicing
• Plan facility improvements with cross-functional partners
• Ensure ESD, safety, and certification requirements and audits

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Facilities Mgmt, Industrial/Mechanical Eng
• ≥5 years in facility, lab, or operations mgmt in technical/high-reliability env
• Strong ESD, cleanroom, env monitoring, preventive maintenance knowledge
• Experience managing contractors and infra projects
• Hands-on, organized, and collaborative with strong leadership
• Clear communication; capable of coordinating across teams
