📋 Description

Provide ongoing maintenance and support of building systems; fix minor defects
Supervise and escort specialists and sub-contractors
Monitor and replace light bulbs in facilities
Perform plumbing repairs and replacements as necessary
Do basic electrical work and escalate when electrician is required
Cosmetic repairs including painting and plastering

🎯 Requirements

Secondary or higher education
Excellent knowledge of Georgian and basic English (writing)
At least 2 years’ experience in building systems maintenance
High sense of responsibility
Ability to work in a team
PC literacy – MS Word, MS Excel
