📋 Description

• Maximize reviewer agreement with Falcon's findings across our EU markets
• Lead regulatory monitoring system with engineering and product, coordinate with other regions
• Operationalize the reviewer-feedback loop, turning customer inputs into product improvements
• Investigate, diagnose and resolve “why did Falcon flag this?” — read traces, find root cause, fix it
• Automate recurring tasks with AI workflows
• Own quality benchmarks in cross-functional collaboration with engineering and product

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in MLR/PRC review of promotional material in pharma/biotech or at an agency
• Knowledge of European codes - EFPIA, ABPI, ENLI, FSA, Farmindustria, LEEM
• Ability to learn dense regulatory material quickly with demonstrated results
• AI is part of daily work; you’ve automated parts of your role and want to go further
• Hands-on Vault PromoMats experience — reviews, annotations, claims libraries
• Residence in the EU
