📋 Description

• Lead MLR review quality across Europe for Falcon MLR AI product
• Collaborate with engineering and product to monitor regulatory alignment
• Turn customer inputs into product improvements via reviewer-feedback loop
• Diagnose and fix issues from agent traces; build scalable processes
• Automate recurring tasks with AI workflows
• Own quality benchmarks in cross-functional context

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in MLR/PRC review of promotional material in pharma/biotech or agency
• Knowledge of European codes (EFPIA, ABPI, ENLI, FSA, Farmindustria, LEEM)
• Ability to learn dense regulatory content quickly with demonstrable results
• Experience embedding AI into daily work; automation done before
• Hands-on Vault PromoMats exposure (reviews, annotations, claims libraries)
• EU residency; living in the EU
