Serve as primary contact for families at the Family Resource Center
Provide family-centered support: outreach, coaching, resource navigation, intake and assessment
Build trusting relationships with families, FCC providers, partners, and internal programs
Support front desk coordination, events, inventory, documentation, and program implementation

🎯 Requirements

Minimum two years of experience working with children and families
Experience with family support, coaching, case management, outreach, or resource navigation
Knowledge of child development, family systems, and parent-child relationships
Experience with low-income or culturally diverse communities
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to facilitate workshops and group sessions
