Feature Owner, ADAS

📋 Description

• Take end-to-end ownership of ADAS features (AEB, LKA, ESA, AES, BSM) from concept to production.
• Collaborate with OEMs, product, and engineering teams to define scope and performance targets.
• Ensure features meet customer requirements, align with roadmaps, and comply with industry standards.
• Act as central liaison for cross-functional teams; participate in agile processes and validation.
• Maintain strategic feature roadmap aligned with Wayve’s objectives and higher autonomy goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with ADAS feature development and automotive processes (requirements mgmt, V-model
• Strong customer advocacy; ability to balance OEM needs with internal capabilities.
• Hands-on technical understanding of ADAS features; participate in testing and validation.
• Excellent collaboration and communication; capable of bridging technical and business perspectives.
• Desirable: experience shipping ADAS features to production; knowledge of ASPICE, SOTIF, FuSa
