📋 Description

• Remote role supporting a government contract for a client located in Washington, DC.
• Active Public Trust clearance is required.
• Work as a Federal HR Domain SME providing guidance on HR action processing and regulatory alignment.
• Assist with configuration decisions, regulatory compliance, data standards, and audit/traceability
• Support data migration mapping and regulatory vs. technical requirements analysis.
• Collaborate on validation, Fit-Gap, and UAT scenarios focused on regulatory aspects.

🎯 Requirements

• Work Authorization: US Citizenship is required.
• Active Public Trust clearance is required.
• Undergraduate degree (or equivalent years of experience).
• 6–8 years of federal HR operations, HRIT, or federal HR policy experience, with 3–4 years
• Direct knowledge of the Guide to Processing Personnel Actions and federal HR data standards.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into system requirements.
