Federal Process Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead and support process engineering on federal industrial projects.
• Ensure designs meet safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Evaluate manufacturing and industrial processes to improve safety, reliability, efficiency, and
• Develop deliverables: PFDs, P&IDs, process narratives, heat and material balances.
• Perform mass/energy balances, hydraulic analyses, equipment sizing, and process evaluations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Process/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years of progressively responsible process engineering experience.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, chemical, energy, pharmaceutical, food & beverage
• Experience with federal agencies or defense contractors preferred.
• Ability to prepare engineering calculations, technical reports, specifications, and design docs.
• Experience with EPC, design-build, or federal projects preferred.
