Fertigation Technician

📋 Description

• Oversee and implement irrigation and fertigation across the grow
• Collaborate with Cultivation Technicians to support garden needs
• Maintain equipment and inventory for fertilizers and tools
• Calibrate nutrient testing instruments and monitor system alarms
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, PPE, and safety procedures
• Record nutrient use meticulously and support issue diagnosis

🎯 Requirements

• 21+ years old
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Able to work weekends/holidays and emergencies
• Hard worker, team player, detail-oriented
• Experience in agriculture/green industry; horticulture background preferred
