Fertigation Technician

📋 Description

• Accurate mixing and delivery of nutrients to all plants.
• Monitors and updates the plant production schedule for proper recipe delivery.
• Coordinates to maintain fertigation system equipment and operation.
• Regular testing of water quality, media, and plant tissue; document results.
• Ensure plants are healthy; report issues during daily walks.
• Manage inventory; order materials and equipment as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum age 21+ with background check.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years in cultivation/production management; cannabis experience not required but ag knowledge
• Experience with fertigation a plus; ability to work rotating shifts including evenings/weekends.
• Analytical, resourceful leader able to communicate effectively, both oral and written.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and within a controlled track & trace system.
