📋 Description

Lead field accounting across projects and jobsites.
Oversee timekeeping, payroll, billing, and cost reporting.
Coordinate with Operations and Finance to resolve issues.
Drive process improvements and standardized controls.
Travel to project locations as needed.
Act as escalation point for field accounting issues.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in field/project accounting, payroll, or billing.
Strong leadership experience preferred.
Industrial construction or project-based experience preferred.
Advanced Excel skills.
Experience with ERP/timekeeping platforms (PENTA, TRACK) preferred.
Ability to travel as required.
