Field Demand & Supply Planner

📋 Description

• Develop rolling 3-month forecasts for 150+ SKUs at SKU-depot level.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Central Demand for inputs.
• Refine short-term demand plans and provide outputs to Supply Planning.
• Support IBP process and market-level strategy.
• Partner with Supply Planning to optimize warehouse availability.
• Lead weekly S&OE meetings with stakeholders to discuss actions.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in demand and supply planning in FMCG/CPG.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving/data interpretation skills.
• Forecasting with statistical models and commercial inputs.
• Understanding of demand/supply planning, inventory, S&OE.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Power BI data analysis.
• High proficiency with SAP; familiarity with planning systems.
