📋 Description

• Lead Field Development for Attruby Sales leadership team as Field Development Director (FDD)
• Act as liaison between sales leadership and field; drive operational excellence and support
• Report to SVP Sales and sit on Sales Leadership Team (SLT)

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in the pharmaceutical industry; 5+ years in Rare Disease/Cardiology/Specialty/ATTR
• BS/BA required; MBA preferred but not required
• Product/indication launch experience in competitive markets
• Strong leadership, analytics, strategy, and decision-making skills
• Ability to prioritize and execute plans; high accountability
• Excellent communication and remote engagement skills
