📋 Description

• Own the regional FE enablement strategy for your AMER BU, from onboarding to advanced
• Execute and regionalize global FE programs by adapting content for your BU’s sales motion and
• Support product launch readiness with regionally relevant talk tracks, labs, and competitive
• Build and ship enablement at scale using AI to generate first-draft technical deep dives, talks
• Drive a builder-first FE culture and ensure programs deliver end-to-end ownership and actionable AI
• Own BU stakeholder relationships and align enablement priorities with BU strategy while reporting

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in solutions architecture, technical pre-sales, or enablement with data/AI focus
• Hands-on experience with modern data/AI platforms, and depth in one or more Databricks product
• Proven ability to run POCs, handle objections, and defend technical positions in competitive
• Builder mentality: creates tools, demos, automations; uses AI as a productivity multiplier
• Experience building and leading scalable enablement programs; strong stakeholder management with BU
• Excellent communication skills; translate BU strategy into enablement priorities; familiarity with
