  • Own the conference and event calendar; determine participation, sponsorship levels, and timelines
  • Manage annual event budgets; track spending and registrations with discipline.
  • Plan and deliver conferences and field events end to end; handle sponsorships, contracts
  • Identify sponsorship opportunities; negotiate agreements and manage execution from start to finish.
  • Direct booth and vendor logistics; oversee shipping, AV, staffing, and related activities.
  • Coordinate venue selection, travel, hotels, and attendee/speaker logistics.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience: At least 6 years in conference/event management or related fields; proven ownership of
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • End-to-end event expertise: budgeting, sponsorships, booth logistics, vendor coordination, on-site
  • Contract & vendor management: experience negotiating sponsorship/vendor contracts; work with
  • Executive events: experience with executive meetings, large groups, conferences, customer-facing
  • Market & industry: B2B market research; SaaS/healthcare/medical device experience preferred
