Field Inspector, Team Lead

📋 Description

• Supervise work activities and lead a team of Field Inspectors to ensure procedures are followed
• Observe sampling of vessels, railcars, trucks, and stockpiles to obtain representative samples
• Train Field Inspectors per approved methods and SOPs
• Champion and train field inspectors on Health & Safety and Reporting systems
• Requisition materials and supplies for operations
• Prepare and review reports

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
• Post-secondary science education is a strong asset
• 3+ years in related industry is a strong asset
• 3+ years supervisory experience; strong leadership in small teams
• Valid driver's license and valid TWIC Card
• Good hand-eye coordination; proficient with Word/Excel
