📋 Description

• Conduct on-site engagements with defaulting borrowers to ensure repayments
• Visit customers at their locations to carry out recovery activities
• Negotiate repayment terms in line with loan agreements
• Recover collateral in accordance with procedures
• Submit daily reports on engagements and recoveries
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in field debt recovery or collections
• Knowledge of field recovery, negotiation techniques, and loan default processes
• Track record of meeting recovery targets in fast-paced settings
• Experience working in field-based, on-site coverage areas
