📋 Description

• Field recovery and on-site engagement with defaulting borrowers.
• Negotiate repayments and support loan recovery in line with agreements.
• Recover collateral/assets per approved procedures.
• Prepare daily reports on engagements and recoveries; escalate when needed.
• Maintain compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven field debt recovery or collections experience.
• Strong field recovery, negotiation, and default processes knowledge.
• History of meeting/exceeding recovery targets in fast-paced settings.
• Experience working in field-based, on-site coverage areas.
