📋 Description

• Field Recovery & On-Site Engagement: Visit defaulting borrowers at their locations.
• Negotiation & Repayment Support: Negotiate repayments aligned with loan terms.
• Collateral & Asset Recovery: Recover collateral per procedures.
• Reporting & Escalations: Daily reports on engagements and recoveries, escalate unresolved cases.
• Compliance & Professionalism: Adhere to policies, ethics, and regulatory requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in field debt recovery or collections.
• Strong field recovery and negotiation techniques.
• History of meeting recovery targets in fast-paced environments.
• Experience working within field-based, on-site coverage areas.
• English and Nigerian Pidgin proficiency.
