🎯 Requirements

3+ years of field/property maintenance experience
Proficient across trades: plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry
Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair independently
Manage work orders, budget time/materials, communicate with contractors/clients
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
Must lift up to 75 lbs with/without assistance
