📋 Description

  • Own site execution of Level 1-5 commissioning program across electrical, mechanical, and controls
  • Coordinate SME teams: electrical, mechanical, controls; align design-review priorities.
  • Enforce installation QC standards and hold points with defined milestones.
  • Lead integrated systems testing and full-load validation with stakeholders.
  • Verify turnover packages meet Managed Services standards before handover.
  • Coordinate commissioning agents, NETA firms, OEM techs; report progress and risks.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in data center/mission-critical commissioning or similar
  • Deep knowledge of Level 1-5 commissioning, testing, turnover docs
  • Cross-system fluency: electrical, mechanical, BMS/EPMS
  • Experience directing commissioning agents and field service teams
  • Strong QC discipline; maintain current CX/QC issues log
  • Operations-first mindset; on-site through commissioning
