Field Marketing Associate / Associate Manager

📋 Description

• Support development and execution of field marketing plans; events, webinars, and communications.
• Organize Veeva and industry events; logistics, comms, app mgmt, reporting.
• Assist weekly/monthly marketing reporting and metrics (Marketo, Lynx, Matomo, Sigma).
• Coordinate with product marketing, creative, content, product, comms, and digital teams.
• Develop and edit marketing content: social posts, videos, templates; repurpose content.
• Support outreach programs to engage customers via LinkedIn and other channels.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years (1+ for Associate) in marketing campaigns; interest in events/community.
• Experience with Marketo or other marketing automation tool.
• Self-directed; manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and projects under tight deadlines.
• Exceptional communication, writing, and organizational skills.
• Expert in Word, PowerPoint, Excel; adept at social content (LinkedIn).
