• Lead field marketing for Connected and Alien Labs in Los Angeles area.
• Execute demos, events, trade shows, festivals, and pop-ups; oversee on-site execution and breakdown.
• Coordinate event equipment logistics across brands; ensure assets arrive on-site complete and on
• Manage team equipment pickup/returns and inventory for events.
• Develop standardized processes for asset tracking and replenishment.
• Provide weekly activity recaps with performance and insights.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years in Trade/Field Marketing, cannabis industry preferred.
• Deep understanding and passion for cannabis; strong knowledge of retail landscape in the state.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with trade partners.
• Ability to analyze market trends and recommend tactics.
• Independent, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in fast-paced env.
• Willingness for evenings/weekends shifts; travel in field required.

🎁 Benefits

• Hourly pay range: $26.00-$28.00 (location-based).
