Secures venues and onsite logistics for events, meetings, activations, webinars.
Aligns target accounts, attendee lists, follow-up with the commercial team.
Manages external contractors and agencies for creative services and logistics.
Builds invites, registration pages, leads into Salesforce; tracks funnel.
Partners with Field Marketing Manager and Brazil sales on local strategy and priorities.

🎯 Requirements

2-3 years in marketing, events, or B2B marketing.
Tech/cybersecurity/enterprise exposure is a plus; cloud security preferred.
English (intermediate-advanced) plus Portuguese.
Proficient in Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and marketing platforms.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
Some travel (20%) required.
