📋 Description

• Lead a team of 5–10 Partnership Engagement Administrators to drive leads, student recruitment, and
• Develop territory growth strategies centered on partnerships, events, lead gen, and enrollment
• Monitor KPIs including partnership exposure, leads, new business, and student generation; translate
• Provide regular training and coaching to strengthen capabilities in advising, partnership
• Analyze territory trends monthly, quarterly, and annually to inform coaching and growth initiatives.
• Identify high-value prospects and build strategies for sustainable business and enrollment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred in management/leadership/higher education/training.
• 3–5 years managing a large geographic territory of outside development or partnership professionals
• Proven experience leading teams toward measurable outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of K–12 structures and partnerships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, CRM platforms, Planner, Zoom, and Anthology.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
