Field Sales Associate (Bacolod) - Local Payments

📋 Description

• Conduct field sales to identify and onboard SME merchants.
• Promote and sell payment solutions (QR payments, e-wallets, POS) to businesses.
• Build and maintain relationships with SME merchants for retention and growth.
• Handle end-to-end merchant onboarding with Product, Ops, and Tech teams.
• Negotiate MDRs and terms per policy.
• Serve as primary contact for merchant concerns and after-sales support.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1-3 years field sales/merchant acquisition; fintech/banking/e-commerce preferred.
• Fresh grads welcome with potential and can-do attitude.
• Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets in fast-paced field environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Must reside in assigned territory; willing to travel locally.
