📋 Description

• Identify and onboard SME merchants in the territory.
• Promote and sell payment solutions (QR, e-wallets, POS).
• Build strong SME relationships to drive growth.
• Handle end-to-end onboarding with Product/Operations/Tech.
• Negotiate merchant discount rates and terms.
• Serve as primary contact for merchant inquiries and support.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field.
• 1–3 years field sales or merchant acquisition (fintech preferred).
• Fresh graduates welcomed.
• Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Must reside in the assigned territory and be willing to travel.
