Field Sales Associate (Metro Davao) - Local Payments

📋 Description

• Conduct field sales to onboard SME merchants in the territory.
• Promote QR payments, e-wallets, and POS terminals.
• Build strong relationships with SME merchants for growth.
• Lead end-to-end onboarding, coordinating with Product/Ops/Tech.
• Negotiate MDRs and commercial terms per policy.
• Serve as primary contact for merchant inquiries and support.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1-3 years in field sales or merchant acquisition; fintech/banking/e-commerce preferred.
• Fresh graduates with potential welcome to apply.
• Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets in field environments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to work on the ground and travel within territory.
