📋 Description

• Grow iKhokha customer base and hit sales targets in KZN Zululand.
• Prospect and canvass for new customers in targeted areas and industries.
• Post-sale follow-ups, demos, and activity logging in CRM.
• Plan trips and campaigns to acquire new customers; build pipeline.
• Close deals; maintain a strong sales funnel and KPIs.
• Provide feedback to improve sales processes and merchant onboarding.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed Matric.
• Minimum 3 years Field/Outbound Sales experience.
• Merchant services or banking sector experience advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; CRM/Sales software (HubSpot).
• Valid driver’s license with own transport; reside within listed trade areas; FICA training advantageous.
