📋 Description

• Install, support, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Intuitive products
• Meet service agreements and warranty obligations
• Work with customers, provide technical expertise and support
• Collaborate with teams to improve processes and efficiencies
• Attend trainings and complete required certifications
• Manage assigned area, reports, and customer training/events

🎯 Requirements

• Team player with strong communication
• Proven problem-solving and time management
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
• Residence within ~30 miles of territory; flexible shifts
• 1-3 years field service experience preferred
• Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred
