Install, support, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Intuitive products in assigned territory
Fulfill service agreements and warranty obligations; exceed customer expectations
Travel ~60% within travel policy; reside within 30 miles of territory
Coordinate system/hardware delivery and installation; perform administrative duties
Maintain tools, vehicles, laptops, iPads, and other assets; support sales/training activities
Demonstrate HIPAA and OR protocol knowledge; participate in continuous improvement projects

🎯 Requirements

1-3 years Field Service experience preferred
Associate’s degree or equivalent training/experience preferred
Troubleshooting of electro-mechanical systems; good communication skills
General computer skills; clean driving record
Ability to lift 75 lbs and move heavy objects
